The golden orbs are featured in my summer/fall collection as rings, necklaces, and earrings.  The base material is sterling silver and the orb is adorned with almost pure gold leaf.  You can wear these earrings by themselves or make a set with rings and one of the necklaces.  Check out other listings if you like this design as much as I do.  I am drawn by the simplicity of these pieces and the brilliance of the gold. These small earrings are not quite 1/2 inch in diameter.

Please know that these pieces are delicate, so you need to avoid contact of the gold surface with any object that can scratch the gold layer.
