Refund policy

I realize buying jewelry from a website, whether it is for yourself or a gift, does not always work out. Therefore I accept returns but only within 7 days of purchase. However, because I am a small business, I strongly encourage exchanges for zMoxy shop credit.
If a return is requested, please contact me by email (Cristina@zMoxy.com) and describe the issue. If I deem it a fair request, I will give you authorization to return the piece. Please do NOT ship returns to me without my approval or the items will be returned to the buyer. Original receipts must accompany all returns/exchanges.  Items are expected to be returned unworn and undamaged. 
Please note that special orders and commissions are not returnable.
Return shipping and full insurance is the responsibility of the customer. DSC is not responsible for loss or damages during shipment. Items msut be sent to the following address:

Defective items/Repairs:  I stand 100% behind my work.  My jewelry is almost exclusively one-of-a-kind so replacements may be hard to make.  Repairs: unless the piece is deemed faulty, all repairs or refinishing is done for a fee. If a piece is faulty due to my workmanship and if the design allows, I will repair it free of charge.  If not, either a refund or store credit will be issued. 

 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and thus he/she will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable..

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
