The time to complete and ship a custom order will vary depending on complexity and the design process. Upon placing a custom order, I will communicate with you regarding the design and fabrication schedule; work will only perform when half the agreed-upon price is paid.

International orders may be subject to your country's VAT and customs fees, and I am unable to provide information in this regards. You will be responsible for any VAT or customs taxes that an order may incur; neither I not Shopify will make any payments on your behalf.
